為了規(guī)范海關(guān)涉案財(cái)物拍賣行為，維護(hù)拍賣秩序，保護(hù)海關(guān)涉案財(cái)物拍賣活動(dòng)中各方當(dāng)事人的合法權(quán)益，根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)海關(guān)法》《中華人民共和國(guó)拍賣法》等法律，海關(guān)總署制定了《海關(guān)涉案財(cái)物拍賣若干問(wèn)題的規(guī)定》，現(xiàn)予以公布（見(jiàn)附件）。

Announcement No. 38, 2020 of the General Administration of Customs on the promulgation of the provisions on Several Issues concerning the auction of property involved by the Customs

In order to regulate the auction of the property involved in the Customs, maintain the order of the auction, and protect the legitimate rights & interests of all parties related to the auction of the property involved in the Customs, the General Administration of Customs formulated the Customs Provisions on Several Issues Concerning the Auction of Property Involved in the Case" are now promulgated (refer to attachment).
