為支持加工貿(mào)易發(fā)展，紓解企業(yè)困難，促進(jìn)穩(wěn)就業(yè)、穩(wěn)外貿(mào)、穩(wěn)外資，經(jīng)國務(wù)院同意，自2020年4月15日至2020年12月31日（以企業(yè)內(nèi)銷申報時間為準(zhǔn)），對企業(yè)內(nèi)銷加工貿(mào)易貨物的，暫免征收內(nèi)銷緩稅利息。

Announcement No. 55 of the General Administration of Customs in 2020
In order to support the development of processing trade, relieve the difficulties of enterprises, and promote the stabilization of employment, foreign trade and foreign investment, with the consent of the State Council, from April 15, 2020 to December 31, 2020 (subject to the declaration time of domestic sales), domestic sales of processing trade goods by enterprises shall be temporarily exempted from tax relief interest.
