關(guān)于發(fā)布海南離島旅客免稅購物監(jiān)管辦法的公告

為規(guī)范對海南離島旅客免稅購物的監(jiān)管，促進海南自由貿(mào)易港建設(shè)，根據(jù)國務(wù)院調(diào)整海南離島旅客免稅購物政策的決定，現(xiàn)發(fā)布重新修訂的《中華人民共和國海關(guān)對海南離島旅客免稅購物監(jiān)管辦法》，自2020年7月10日起施行。海關(guān)總署公告2015年第7號、2016年第7號、2017年第6號、2018年第221號同時廢止。
特此公告。

In order to regulate the supervision of duty-free shopping for Hainan outlying Island passengers and promote the construction of Hainan free trade port, according to the decision of the State Council to adjust the duty-free shopping policy for Hainan outlying Island passengers, the revised "Customs supervision measures of China on duty-free shopping for Hainan outlying Island passengers" is hereby promulgated, which will take effect from July 10, 2020.
Announcement No. 7 of 2015, No. 7 of 2016, No. 6 of 2017 and No. 221 of 2018 of the General Administration of Customs shall be repealed at the same time.
