根據(jù)我國相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和《中華人民共和國海關(guān)總署與烏茲別克斯坦國家植物檢驗(yàn)檢疫局關(guān)于烏茲別克斯坦干辣椒輸華檢驗(yàn)檢疫要求議定書》規(guī)定，允許自本公告發(fā)布之日起生產(chǎn)的、符合檢驗(yàn)檢疫要求的烏茲別克斯坦干辣椒進(jìn)口?，F(xiàn)將進(jìn)口烏茲別克斯坦干辣椒檢驗(yàn)檢疫要求予以公布（見附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of Customs of China and the State Bureau of plant inspection and Quarantine of Uzbekistan on the inspection and quarantine requirements for the export of dried hot pepper from Uzbekistan to China, it is allowed to import the dried hot pepper from Uzbekistan that meets the inspection and quarantine requirements from the date of this announcement. The inspection and quarantine requirements for imported dry pepper from Uzbekistan are hereby promulgated (see Annex).
