根據(jù)我國(guó)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和《中華人民共和國(guó)海關(guān)總署和越南社會(huì)主義共和國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)與農(nóng)村發(fā)展部關(guān)于越南涼粉草輸華植物檢疫要求議定書》規(guī)定，自本公告發(fā)布之日起，允許符合相關(guān)要求的越南涼粉草進(jìn)口。現(xiàn)將具體植物檢疫要求予以公布（見附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol of the General Administration of Customs of China and the Ministry of agriculture and rural development of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on the quarantine requirements of plants exported from Vietnam to China, from the date of promulgation of this announcement, the import of Vietnam Mesona chinensis Benth.meeting the relevant requirements is allowed. The specific plant quarantine requirements are hereby promulgated (see Annex).
