為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和規(guī)范海關(guān)對來往香港、澳門小型船舶（以下簡稱“小型船舶”）的監(jiān)管，現(xiàn)對有關(guān)事項公告如下：
n order to further strengthen and standardize the supervision of the customs over small vessels (hereinafter referred to as "small vessels") travelling between Hong Kong and Macao, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

　　一、本公告所稱小型船舶，是指經(jīng)交通運(yùn)輸部或者其授權(quán)部門批準(zhǔn)，專門來往于內(nèi)地和香港、澳門之間，在境內(nèi)注冊從事貨物運(yùn)輸?shù)臋C(jī)動或者非機(jī)動船舶。
 Small vessels as mentioned in this announcement refer to motor-driven or non motor-driven vessels approved by the Ministry of Transport or its authorized departments, which specially travel between the mainland and Hong Kong and Macao, and are registered in China to carry goods.

　　二、海關(guān)在珠江口大鏟島、珠海灣仔、珠江口外桂山島、香港以東大三門島，設(shè)有小型船舶海關(guān)中途監(jiān)管站（以下簡稱“中途監(jiān)管站”），負(fù)責(zé)小型船舶中途監(jiān)管。
 In Dachan island in the Pearl River Estuary, Wanchai in Zhuhai, Guishan Island outside the Pearl River Estuary and dasanmen island in the east of Hong Kong, the Customs has set up a small vessel customs midway supervision station (hereinafter referred to as "midway supervision station") to supervise small vessels.

　　三、除來往于香港與深圳赤灣、蛇口、媽灣、鹽田港、大鏟灣的小型船舶外，其余小型船舶進(jìn)出境時，應(yīng)當(dāng)接受指定中途監(jiān)管站的中途監(jiān)管和登臨檢查。

　?。ㄒ唬﹣硗谙愀?、澳門與珠江水域的小型船舶，由大鏟島中途監(jiān)管站負(fù)責(zé)；

　?。ǘ﹣硗谙愀邸拈T與磨刀門水道的小型船舶，由灣仔中途監(jiān)管站負(fù)責(zé)；

　?。ㄈ﹣硗谙愀邸拈T與珠江口、磨刀門水道以西，廣東、廣西、海南沿海各港口的小型船舶，由桂山島中途監(jiān)管站負(fù)責(zé)；

　?。ㄋ模﹣硗谙愀?、澳門與珠江口以東，廣東、福建及以北沿海各港口的小型船舶，由大三門島中途監(jiān)管站負(fù)責(zé)；

　　（五）來往于澳門與深圳赤灣、蛇口、媽灣、鹽田港、大鏟灣的小型船舶，由灣仔中途監(jiān)管站負(fù)責(zé)。

 With the exception of small vessels between Hong Kong and Shenzhen Chiwan, Shekou, Mawan, Yantian port and Dachan Bay, other small vessels shall be subject to midway supervision and boarding inspection at designated midway supervision stations.    
（1） The midway supervision station of Dachan island shall be responsible for small vessels between Hong Kong, Macao and the Pearl River;           
（2） The Wan Chai midway supervision station is responsible for the small vessels between Hong Kong, Macao and Modaomen waterway;           
（3） Guishan Island midway supervision station shall be responsible for small vessels travelling between Hong Kong, Macao, the Pearl River Estuary, the west of Modaomen waterway and the coastal ports of Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan;           
（4） The midway supervision station of dasanmen island is responsible for the small vessels going between Hong Kong, Macao and the ports in the east of the Pearl River Estuary, Guangdong, Fujian and the coastal areas to the north;         
  (5） The Wan Chai midway supervision station is responsible for the small vessels between Macao and Shenzhen Chiwan, Shekou, Mawan, Yantian port and Dachan Bay.

　　四、小型船舶在香港、澳門裝配機(jī)器零件或者添裝船用燃料、物料和公用物品，應(yīng)當(dāng)按照有關(guān)規(guī)定辦理進(jìn)口手續(xù)。
Small vessels assembling machine parts or adding fuel, materials and public goods for shipment in Hong Kong and Macao shall go through import procedures in accordance with relevant regulations.

　　五、小型船舶不得同船裝載進(jìn)出口貨物與非進(jìn)出口貨物。
 Small vessels are not allowed to load import and export goods and non import and export goods on the same vessel.

　　六、中途監(jiān)管站可對進(jìn)境小型船舶所載貨物、艙室施加封志，必要時可派員隨小型船舶監(jiān)管至目的港，船舶負(fù)責(zé)人或者其代理人應(yīng)當(dāng)提供便利。
The midway supervision station may seal the cargo and cabins of the inbound small vessel, and may send personnel to supervise the small vessel to the port of destination when necessary. The person in charge of the vessel or his agent shall provide convenience.

　　七、小型船舶其他進(jìn)出境手續(xù)按照《中華人民共和國海關(guān)進(jìn)出境運(yùn)輸工具監(jiān)管辦法》以及相關(guān)水運(yùn)運(yùn)輸工具監(jiān)管規(guī)定辦理。
Other entry and exit procedures for small vessels shall be handled in accordance with the measures of the Customs of  China on the supervision of entry and exit means of transport and relevant regulations on the supervision of water transport means.
