根據(jù)我國(guó)相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和《中華人民共和國(guó)海關(guān)總署和塞爾維亞共和國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)、林業(yè)和水管理部關(guān)于塞爾維亞玉米輸華植物檢疫要求議定書(shū)》規(guī)定，自本公告發(fā)布之日起，允許符合相關(guān)要求的塞爾維亞玉米進(jìn)口?，F(xiàn)將具體植物檢疫要求予以公布（見(jiàn)附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol of the General Administration of Customs of China and the Ministry of agriculture, forestry and water administration of the Republic of Serbia on the plant quarantine requirements for the export of maize from Serbia to China, from the date of this announcement, it is allowed to import the maize that meets the relevant requirements. The specific plant quarantine requirements are hereby promulgated (see Annex).           
It is hereby announced.
