根據(jù)我國相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和《中華人民共和國海關(guān)總署與烏茲別克斯坦共和國部長內(nèi)閣下屬國家植物檢驗(yàn)檢疫局關(guān)于烏茲別克斯坦石榴輸華植物檢疫要求的議定書》規(guī)定，自本公告發(fā)布之日起，允許符合相關(guān)要求的烏茲別克斯坦石榴進(jìn)口?，F(xiàn)將進(jìn)口烏茲別克斯坦石榴植物檢疫要求予以公布（見附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the people's Republic of China and the state plant inspection and Quarantine Bureau under the cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the plant quarantine requirements of Uzbek pomegranates exported to China, the import of Uzbek pomegranates meeting the relevant requirements is allowed from the date of this announcement. The quarantine requirements for imported pomegranate from Uzbekistan are hereby promulgated (see Annex).           
It is hereby announced.
