關(guān)于調(diào)整必須實(shí)施檢驗(yàn)的進(jìn)出口商品目錄的公告

海關(guān)總署公告2021年第39號(hào)
根據(jù)《中華人民共和國(guó)進(jìn)出口商品檢驗(yàn)法》及其實(shí)施條例，海關(guān)總署決定對(duì)必須實(shí)施檢驗(yàn)的進(jìn)出口商品目錄進(jìn)行調(diào)整，現(xiàn)公告如下：
一、對(duì)涉及機(jī)電產(chǎn)品、金屬材料、化工品、仿真飾品等234個(gè)10位海關(guān)商品編號(hào)取消監(jiān)管條件“A”，海關(guān)對(duì)相關(guān)商品不再實(shí)施進(jìn)口商品檢驗(yàn)。
二、對(duì)涉及進(jìn)口再生原料的8個(gè)10位海關(guān)商品編號(hào)增設(shè)監(jiān)管條件“A”，海關(guān)對(duì)相關(guān)商品實(shí)施進(jìn)口商品檢驗(yàn)。
三、對(duì)涉及出口鋼坯、生鐵的24個(gè)10位海關(guān)商品編號(hào)增設(shè)海關(guān)監(jiān)管條件“B”，海關(guān)對(duì)相關(guān)商品實(shí)施出口商品檢驗(yàn)。
本公告自2021年6月10日起實(shí)施，調(diào)整后的監(jiān)管要求見附件。

In accordance with the law of the people's Republic of China on the inspection of import and export commodities and its implementation regulations, the General Administration of Customs has decided to adjust the catalogue of import and export commodities that must be inspected
1、 For 234 10 digit customs commodity numbers involving mechanical and electrical products, metal materials, chemicals, imitation jewelry, etc., the supervision condition "a" will be cancelled, and the customs will no longer carry out import commodity inspection on relevant commodities.
2、 The supervision condition "a" is added to 8 10 digit customs commodity numbers involving imported recycled raw materials, and the customs implements import commodity inspection on relevant commodities.
3、 The customs supervision condition "B" is added to 24 10 digit customs commodity numbers involving steel billet and pig iron for export, and the customs implements export commodity inspection on relevant commodities.
This announcement will come into effect on June 10, 2021. The regulatory requirements after adjustment are shown in the annex.
