關(guān)于與泰國、毛里求斯互認自助打印優(yōu)惠原產(chǎn)地

為進一步優(yōu)化口岸營商環(huán)境，促進跨境貿(mào)易便利化，海關(guān)總署決定自2021年7月1日起，增加輸泰國的《中華人民共和國與東南亞國家聯(lián)盟全面經(jīng)濟合作框架協(xié)議》項下原產(chǎn)地證書以及《中華人民共和國政府和毛里求斯共和國政府自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定》項下原產(chǎn)地證書為可自助打印證書。其他事項按海關(guān)總署2019年第77號公告執(zhí)行。

In order to further optimize the business environment at ports and promote cross-border trade facilitation, the General Administration of Customs has decided to start from July 1, 2021, The certificate of origin under the "framework agreement on comprehensive economic cooperation between the people's Republic of China and the association of Southeast Asian Nations" and the certificate of origin under the "free trade agreement between the government of the people's Republic of China and the government of the Republic of Mauritius" exported to Thailand will be added as self printable certificates. Other matters shall be implemented in accordance with Announcement No. 77 of the General Administration of Customs in 2019.
