馬來西亞皇家海關(guān)署（Royal Malaysian Customs，簡稱KDRM）是負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)施國家間接稅政策的政府機(jī)構(gòu)。KDRM實(shí)施七部主要法律和39部輔助法律。此外，KDRM還為其他政府部門代為實(shí)施8項(xiàng)法律。
一、主要職責(zé)
- 征稅；
- 為合法貿(mào)易提供便利；
- 促進(jìn)貿(mào)易和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展；
- 維護(hù)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和安全利益。

The Royal Malaysian customs (kdrm) is a government agency responsible for implementing the national indirect tax policy. Kdrm implements seven major laws and 39 subsidiary laws. In addition, kdrm implements eight laws for other government departments.

-To facilitate legal trade;
-Promote the development of trade and industry;
-Safeguard national economic, social and security interests.
