根據(jù)我國(guó)法律法規(guī)以及《中華人民共和國(guó)海關(guān)總署和意大利共和國(guó)衛(wèi)生部關(guān)于中國(guó)從意大利輸入牛肉的檢驗(yàn)檢疫和獸醫(yī)衛(wèi)生要求議定書(shū)》規(guī)定，自本公告發(fā)布之日起，允許符合相關(guān)要求的意大利牛肉進(jìn)口?，F(xiàn)將進(jìn)口意大利牛肉檢驗(yàn)檢疫要求予以公布（見(jiàn)附件）。
特此公告。

According to China's laws and regulations and the protocol between the General Administration of China Customs and the Ministry of health of the Italian republic on the inspection, quarantine and veterinary health requirements for Chinese beef imported from Italy, the import of Italian beef meeting the relevant requirements is allowed from the date of this announcement. The inspection and quarantine requirements for imported Italian beef are hereby published (see Annex).
