奧林匹克標(biāo)志

根據(jù)《奧林匹克標(biāo)志保護(hù)條例》第二條規(guī)定，奧林 匹克標(biāo)志是指：
(一） 國(guó)際奧林匹克委員會(huì)的奧林匹克五環(huán)圖案標(biāo) 志、奧林匹克旗、奧林匹克格言、奧林匹克徽記、奧林 匹克會(huì)歌；
(二） 奧林匹克、奧林匹亞、奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)及其 簡(jiǎn)稱等專有名稱；
(三） 中國(guó)奧林匹克委員會(huì)的名稱、徽記、標(biāo)志；
(四） 中國(guó)境內(nèi)申請(qǐng)承辦奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)的機(jī)構(gòu)的 名稱、徽記、標(biāo)志；
(五） 在中國(guó)境內(nèi)舉辦的奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)的名稱及 其簡(jiǎn)稱、吉祥物、會(huì)歌、火炬造型、口號(hào)、“主辦城市 名稱+舉辦年份”等標(biāo)志，以及其組織機(jī)構(gòu)的名稱、徽 記；
(六） 《奧林匹克憲章》和相關(guān)奧林匹克運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)主 辦城市合同中規(guī)定的其他與在中國(guó)境內(nèi)舉辦的奧林匹克 運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)有關(guān)的標(biāo)志。

The Olympic symbols as followings determined by the Article 2 of the regulations on the protection of Olympic Symbols
(1) The Olympic five rings logo, Olympic flag, Olympic motto, Olympic emblem and Olympic Anthem of the International Olympic Committee;
(II) Olympic, Olympia, Olympic Games and their abbreviations;
(III) The name, emblem and logo of the Chinese Olympic Committee;
(IV) The name, emblem and logo of the institution applying for hosting the Olympic Games in China;
(V) The name of the Olympic Games held in China and its abbreviation, mascot, anthem, torch shape, slogan, "host city name + year of holding" and other symbols, as well as the name and emblem of its organization;
(VI) Other symbols related to the Olympic Games held in China as stipulated in the Olympic Charter and the relevant Olympic Games host city contract.
