關(guān)于進(jìn)口智利鮮食柑橘植物檢疫要求的公告

根據(jù)我國相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和《中華人民共和國海關(guān)總署與智利共和國農(nóng)業(yè)部關(guān)于智利鮮食柑橘輸華植物檢疫要求的議定書》規(guī)定，自本公告發(fā)布之日起，允許符合相關(guān)要求的智利鮮食柑橘進(jìn)口?，F(xiàn)將進(jìn)口智利鮮食柑橘植物檢疫要求予以公布（見附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of Customs of China and the Ministry of agriculture of the Republic of Chile on the phytosanitary requirements for the export of Chilean fresh oranges to China, the import of Chilean fresh oranges meeting the relevant requirements is allowed to import to China from the date of this announcement. The quarantine requirements of fresh citrus plants imported from Chile are hereby promulgated (see Annex).
鮮食柑橘（以下簡稱“柑橘”），包括桔及其雜交種（Citrus reticulata and its hybrids）、葡萄柚（Citrus paradisi）、橙（Citrus sinensis）和檸檬（Citrus limon）
