根據(jù)海關(guān)總署與俄羅斯聯(lián)邦獸醫(yī)和植物衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督局達成的共識，現(xiàn)將重新修訂的《關(guān)于中俄乳品雙向貿(mào)易檢驗檢疫要求》（見附件）予以發(fā)布，自發(fā)布之日起施行。

According to the consensus reached by the General Administration of Customs and the veterinary and phytosanitary Supervision Bureau of the Russian Federation, the revised requirements for two-way trade inspection and Quarantine of dairy products between China and Russia (see Annex) are hereby promulgated and shall come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
