關于進口塞爾維亞乳品檢驗檢疫要求的公告

根據(jù)我國相關法律法規(guī)和《中華人民共和國海關總署與塞爾維亞共和國農(nóng)業(yè)、林業(yè)和水資源管理部關于塞爾維亞共和國輸華乳品檢驗檢疫條件議定書》的規(guī)定，自本公告發(fā)布之日起，允許符合相關要求的塞爾維亞乳品進口?，F(xiàn)將進口塞爾維亞乳品檢驗檢疫要求予以公布（見附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of Customs of China and the Ministry of agriculture, forestry and water resources of the Republic of Serbia on the inspection and quarantine conditions of dairy products exported to China from the Republic of Serbia, from the date of promulgation of this announcement, it is allowed to import dairy products from Serbia that meet the relevant requirements. The inspection and quarantine requirements for imported dairy products from Serbia are hereby promulgated (see Annex).
