關(guān)于進(jìn)口保加利亞煙葉植物檢疫要求的公告

根據(jù)我國相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和《中華人民共和國海關(guān)總署與保加利亞共和國農(nóng)業(yè)、食品和林業(yè)部關(guān)于保加利亞煙葉輸華植物檢疫要求的議定書》規(guī)定，自本公告發(fā)布之日起，允許符合相關(guān)要求的保加利亞煙葉進(jìn)口?，F(xiàn)將進(jìn)口保加利亞煙葉植物檢疫要求予以公布（見附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of China Customs and the Ministry of agriculture, food and forestry of the Republic of Bulgaria on the plant quarantine requirements of Bulgarian tobacco leaves exported to China, as of the date of this announcement, the import of Bulgarian tobacco leaves meeting the relevant requirements is allowed. The plant quarantine requirements for imported Bulgarian tobacco leaves are hereby promulgated (see Annex).
It is hereby announced.
