根據(jù)我國相關法律法規(guī)和《中華人民共和國海關總署與塞爾維亞共和國農(nóng)業(yè)、林業(yè)和水管理部關于塞爾維亞甜菜粕輸華衛(wèi)生與植物衛(wèi)生要求議定書》規(guī)定，自本公告發(fā)布之日起，允許符合相關要求的塞爾維亞甜菜粕進口。現(xiàn)將具體檢驗檢疫要求予以公布（見附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of China Customs  and the Ministry of agriculture, forestry and water administration of the Republic of Serbia on sanitary and phytosanitary requirements for the export of beet meal from Serbia to China, the Pellet Beet Pulp from Serbia meeting the relevant requirements shall be allowed to be imported from the date of this announcement. The specific inspection and quarantine requirements are hereby promulgated (see Annex).
