根據(jù)我國相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和《中華人民共和國海關(guān)總署和捷克共和國農(nóng)業(yè)部關(guān)于捷克輸華配合飼料檢疫和衛(wèi)生要求的議定書》規(guī)定，自本公告發(fā)布之日起，允許符合相關(guān)要求的捷克配合飼料進口?，F(xiàn)將進口捷克配合飼料檢疫和衛(wèi)生要求予以公布（見附件）。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol of the General Administration of China Customs  and the Ministry of agriculture of the Czech Republic on the quarantine and health requirements of Czech formula feed exported to China, the Czech formula feed meeting the relevant requirements is allowed to be imported from the date of this announcement. The quarantine and health requirements for imported Czech formula feed are hereby promulgated (see Annex).           
It is hereby announced.
