使命
海關(guān)局旨在提供更負責(zé)任的海關(guān)服務(wù)以適應(yīng)行政相對人的需求，支持政府的目標(biāo)，并堅持世界上最好的做法，使每個菲律賓人真正感到驕傲。
海關(guān)局的策略重點
創(chuàng)收：通過提高征收效率和堵塞稅收流失的辦法來有針對性地征收關(guān)稅。
貿(mào)易便利化：通過加速驗放貨物和旅客來支持政府的計劃。
情報和執(zhí)法：防止違禁藥物和其他有害物質(zhì)及自然資源的非法貿(mào)易對社會的危害。
內(nèi)部資源的管理：支持政府精簡機構(gòu)并有效利用資源。
Mission
The Customs Bureau aims to provide more responsible customs services to meet the needs of administrative counterparts, support the government's objectives, and adhere to the best practices in the world, so that every Filipino can be truly proud.
Strategic focus of Customs Bureau
Revenue generation: targeted tariff collection by improving collection efficiency and blocking tax loss.
Trade facilitation: support the government's plan by accelerating the inspection and release of goods and passengers.
Intelligence and law enforcement: to prevent the harm of illegal trade in illicit drugs and other harmful substances and natural resources to society.
Management of internal resources: support the government in streamlining and effectively using resources.
