自貿(mào)協(xié)定中涉及貿(mào)易便利化的條款

目前，海關(guān)參與的自貿(mào)談判，已經(jīng)開始實施和完成的有6個，分別為中國-東盟自貿(mào)協(xié)定、中國-巴基斯坦自貿(mào)協(xié)定、中國-智利自貿(mào)協(xié)定、中國－新西蘭自貿(mào)協(xié)定、中國－新加坡自貿(mào)協(xié)定、中國－秘魯自貿(mào)協(xié)定（已簽署）。
有關(guān)貿(mào)易便利化的簡要介紹如下：

"Free trade area" refers to a specific area for trade and investment liberalization formed by more than two sovereign countries or separate tariff areas by signing agreements, further opening their markets to each other on the basis of WTO most favoured nation treatment, removing tariff and non-tariff barriers for most goods in stages, and improving market access conditions for services and investment. The areas covered include trade in goods, rules of origin, trade facilitation, dispute settlement mechanism, etc.
At present, six free trade negotiations involving the customs have been implemented and completed, including China ASEAN Free Trade Agreement, China Pakistan Free Trade Agreement, China Chile Free Trade Agreement, China New Zealand Free Trade Agreement, China Singapore Free Trade Agreement and China Peru free trade agreement (signed).
