根據(jù)我國相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和《中華人民共和國海關(guān)總署與文萊達(dá)魯薩蘭國初級資源和旅游部關(guān)于文萊輸華養(yǎng)殖水產(chǎn)品的檢驗(yàn)檢疫和獸醫(yī)衛(wèi)生要求議定書》，現(xiàn)將進(jìn)口文萊養(yǎng)殖水產(chǎn)品檢驗(yàn)檢疫要求予以公布（見附件）。
本公告自發(fā)布之日起施行。
特此公告。

According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the protocol between the General Administration of Customs of the people's Republic of China and the Ministry of primary resources and tourism of Brunei Darussalam on the inspection and quarantine and veterinary health requirements of cultured aquatic products exported from Brunei to China, the inspection and quarantine requirements of imported cultured aquatic products from Brunei are hereby published (see Annex).
This announcement shall go into effect as of the date of promulgation.
